Cancellation Rules
The Royal Journeys (unit of Ebix Cash) & Tourism Department of Maharashtra State Govt are joint operators of this Train journey.
Liability of Luxury India is limited to that of Booking Agent only
Request for cancellation must be made in writing & acknowledged by us
Minimum 10% of Published ticket value(inclusive taxes) will be charged as cancellation fee - if request received between 63 days prior to tour depart
Minimum 20% of Published ticket value(inclusive taxes) will be charged as cancellation fee - if request received between 62-48 days prior to tour depart
Minimum 50% of Published ticket (inclusive taxes) value will be charged as cancellation fee - if request received between 47-33 days prior to train tour depart
Full 100% of Published ticket value(inclusive taxes) will be charged as cancellation fee - if request received less than 32 days prior to train tour depart
In case Train Tour Operator decides to Self Cancels the scheduled train depart- Refund can only be made ,Once Money Received from Train Tour Operator
Luxury India reserves the right to Charge & Deduct US$ 225 Per Person as Bank Processing Fee ,while making refund
Refund will be made, as Per Rupees Exchange Value received from you
